Joyce began her career at CO-OP in 1980 as a teacher. Since that time, she was promoted to various positions, including Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, and leading up to her current role of Interim President & Chief Executive Officer. As such, Joyce develops and coordinates short- and long-range organizational planning activities and oversees the day-to-day operations of all agency services. She is committed to the provision of quality supports to people with disabilities and has served on numerous task forces and committees in the field.
Joyce graduated cum laude from Bridgewater State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Education with a minor in Music. She enjoys the beach, playing the piano, traveling to warm and sunny locations, and spending time with loved ones.
