Bill's career in disability services spans four decades, having served the last twenty-eight years as CO-OP’s CEO. He is also actively involved in support services for his son, bringing an additional family perspective to the value of community based services.
Bill has contributed to expanding the role of providers in the development of Medicaid day and residential services and he served on the Association of Developmental Disabilities Providers Board of Directors during the initial growth in community services. He co-authored publications on small business ownership for people with disabilities, served on the MRC Entrepreneurship Task Force, and has been a featured speaker at trainings and conferences.
During his tenure at CO-OP, the agency has continued to grow while maintaining its original mission of supporting individuals with disabilities in our local communities.
Bill is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University with advanced degrees from Rutgers and Western New England College.
