Previous experience is preferred but not necessary for most entry-level and relief staff positions. On-going training is provided to all CO-OP employees.

Day Program RN
We are looking for a reliable RN to care for individuals with disabilities in a professional and considerate manner at our Dighton Day Program. The Registered Nurse shall administer, coordinate, and monitor all health care services for residential participants. In doing so, he/she shall establish and maintain appropriate relationships with families, other health care providers, pharmacists and residential providers. The Day Program RN position is based at the Norton program, Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Current Licensure by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse is required, along with a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred and training will be provided. AP/AR Accountant
The AP/AR Accountant is responsible processing agency Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as well as providing an array of other support services that help to ensure an efficiently run organization and one that promotes a positive public image. The successful candidate will have four to six years of accounts payable experience and is proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel Outlook), and Microsoft Windows in a network environment. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL and an Associates degree in Accounting or Finance are strongly preferred. The AP/AR Accountant position is based at CO-OP administrative offices in N. Residential Direct Care
Responsible for providing an array of services to enrich the lives of people with developmental disabilities. Various levels of support are provided in a number of areas including, but not limited to, personal care, life routines, finances, health care and clinical services, recreational and social interests, developing relationships, and connecting to the community.
• Part Time and Full Time working 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. A negative TB test result and physical is required for this position.
